Save an integration conflict decision

Behavior depends on conflict type. Ordinary Bloomerang donor conflicts accept hys/provider defaults plus per-field overrides and apply provider values only for conflicted email, first_name, last_name, organization_name, phone, street, city, state, zip or country; unsupported types record status/history only. Inspect resolution_json.applied because a resolved receipt can report skipped/error. Relationship identity decisions keep_separate, same_or_reverse or choose_relationship stage a pending open decision, requiring the current expected_object_mapping_id or expected_stale_mapping_token, and target_hys_object_id for an explicit choice. Recurring schedule decision already_represented_in_hys requires expected_provider_object_id, expected_source_snapshot_token and expected_active_commitment_token from current review; it resolves by preserving existing commitments and payment behavior, followed by verification. Requires the integration platform global/configured client feature gate (normally integration_platform_foundation). Requires permission: one of access_account_settings.
