Preview gift ownership and sponsorship coverage

Validates base gift fields, then returns the financial owner, advisor/IRA owner, custodian, tax treatment and optional commitment coverage plan without writing. Source or coverage problems are returned in data.errors with HTTP200; base field validation returns422. Only already-received cash/check/wire/external gifts can cover existing schedules. Scope and currency must match; no currency conversion is performed. Caller commitment_id is ignored; use commitment_links. Requires permission: one of donations, reports_view, reports_manage.
