An organization with no saved profile uses the US preset and existing EIN without printing the registration number. Saving replaces configurable values; omitted optional values reset to their preset/default. Fiscal periods use the year in which the period ends. This endpoint configures wording and period metadata; it does not validate tax eligibility.
