# Bulk-create or bulk-update form fields

> Walks the request body (an array of field-data rows), and per row either creates a new field (`id` missing or 0) or updates the matching field. Stops short and returns the first error response if any single row update/create fails. Queues the tenant-scoped Meilisearch filter refresh and reindex after the database change commits. The exact field-data shape mirrors the single-field create/update payloads (label, key, type, data, permissions, required, is_title, sortable, filter, field_order, etc.). Requires permission: `manage_programs`.
