# Approve a draft message

> Approves a draft in the caller's organization. Donor-originated drafts are marked sent into the recipient mailbox without sending email or reading body IDs. Other drafts use entity_id and donor_id to deliver to one donor or all current sponsors. Requires email_manager or manage_email; the disable_message_send_without_approval restriction is enforced.
